In an exclusive interview with The New Indian Express, Lakhowal said that the farmers are not looking for any compromise and will not settle for anything less than the complete repeal of the laws.

‘We are not going back on our demand,’ Lakhowal said. ‘We will continue to protest until the laws are repealed.’

Lakhowal also expressed disappointment over the Centre’s refusal to engage in meaningful talks with the farmers’ unions.

‘The government is not willing to listen to our concerns,’ he said. ‘They are only interested in imposing their will on us.’

Lakhowal also highlighted the importance of the protest, saying that it has brought the entire nation together.

‘This protest is not just about farmers, it’s about the entire country,’ he said. ‘It’s about the future of our children.’

Lakhowal also expressed his gratitude towards the people who have been supporting the farmers’ movement.

‘We are grateful to the people who have been supporting us,’ he said. ‘Their support has given us the strength to continue our protest.’

Lakhowal also emphasized the need for the government to engage in meaningful talks with the farmers’ unions.

‘The government should talk to us, listen to our concerns and address our issues,’ he said. ‘That’s the only way forward.’

Lakhowal also expressed his confidence in the farmers’ movement, saying that it will ultimately lead to the repeal of the farm laws.

‘We are confident that our movement will succeed,’ he said. ‘We will not rest until the laws are repealed.’
